Robin Gray Design is a Santa Fe based rug company specializing in custom and ready-made contemporary carpets. Robin Gray, owner and founder is the design force behind the company and has a lifetime of design experience as a weaver, fiber artist, architect and collector of ethnographic textiles from around the world. With a poetic use of color and an emphasis on craftsmanship and the sustainable use of materials Robin sees her rugs as a celebration of life and its unending possibilities! RGD carries their corporate philosophy of celebrating life through to each rug’s completion by working with traditional artisans, making sure that their precious skills are preserved and that each weaver is paid a fair labor rate, so that generations to come will know how to use their ancient techniques and traditions when making one of Robin’s modern ethnographic and unique contemporary patterns.

RGD works with the international design community, and their commissioned clients and fellow architects to bring the world floor art fashions that are creative, innovative, and exclusive and always…. a true celebration of life!

RGD has been an enthusiastic and supportive member of the GoodWeave foundation to eliminate child labor from the rug industry since their inception in 2004.
