Dixon Studio Tour

The Dixon Studio Tour has been an annual major art event since 1982. Dixon, nestled in the Embudo Valley in Northern New Mexico where the Rio Embudo flows into the Rio Grande, has been long known for its rich Native American and Hispanic heritage, productive farm lands and pastoral beauty. During the last 30+ years many artists moved to the valley to pursue their artistic talent and a simpler way of life.

Palace of the Governors

Originally constructed in the early 17th century as Spain's seat of government for what is today the American Southwest, the Palace of the Governors chronicles the history of Santa Fe, as well as New Mexico and the region. This adobe structure, now the state's history museum, was designated a Registered National Historic Landmark in 1960 and an American Treasure in 1999.

Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival

Since it started in 1972, the Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival has become one of the world’s preeminent music festivals, guided by a visionary spirit and dedicated to artistic excellence and innovation. Contributing to its magic is the Festival’s unique Santa Fe setting, nestled amid timeless splendors of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.

With legendary cellist Pablo Casals as honorary president, the Festival’s 1973 inaugural season hosted 14 artists performing six Sunday concerts in Santa Fe and additional appearances in other New Mexico and Arizona communities.

Whitehawk Associates Inc.

Thirty-one years ago, Antique Indian Arts collector, Don Bennett, thought it would be a good idea to get some of his fellow collectors together so that they could buy, sell and trade from each other. Bennett invited about 100 dealers to join him at the Santa Fe Hilton Hotel and dealers and collectors went from room to room. Those dealers who couldn’t get into the hotel sold in the parking lot from the trunks of their cars. Thus, the Whitehawk shows were born.
